First of all I have to complain.....Graduate School is HARD!!!! I have no time to do anything, but study or write papers. My poor husband and our laundry are constantly being neglected. I have no business blogging right now other than the fact that I think it will help to revive some of my sanity.
I am also COLD! Not so much at home, but at work. Due to proration, we are not allowed to turn our heat above 65 degrees. My classroom has felt like a meat locker the past few days. Brrr, I'm so ready for spring time to arrive!!
On a happier note, Dave has been building this pretty much on his own.......
The house looks GREAT and BIG!! Graduate school is hard and so time consuming. You're smart to go now before kids. I could have never finished if I had Jack then!! I can't believe you have to have your classroom that cold. Poor kids (and teachers)!
ReplyDeleteI totally understand! Been there, done that, and don’t miss it!!! Imagine having 5-month-old twin boys and having to go to graduate school two nights a week. Thankfully, it was for only two semesters.
ReplyDeleteWe are also freezing at school. However, our principle told us today that our electric bill this month is $4,000 cheaper than last month. If we save this much money for the next few months, hopefully, we won’t lose a support personnel position.
The house looks awesome!!!
By the way, you can make it through graduate school. It is all about endurance and you can do it!!!
Hang in there with the graduate school grind. I think you are smart to be doing this now instead of a few years down the road.
ReplyDeleteEven I think 65 degrees is too cold for a classroom. I hope the parents are dressing their children accordingly.
Love, Aunt Kathy
I think the house is looking good and coming along very quickly!!
