We're Still Alive

If that's what you call this state of complete exhaustion!

I have nothing cute to post..not even a photo of our precious new baby girl Kyleigh. Just a short, boring list of what we've been up to:

We've
  • Worked on wiring the house.
  • Killed a turkey in Alabama.
  • Killed two turkeys in Tennessee.
  • Took 100 students to a Montgomery Biscuits game.
  • Tried to talk Dave into taking a break from working on the house to go with me to a Biscuits game without 100 kids so I could actually sit down and watch.
  • Watched the rain wash away lots of dirt from our yard.
  • Started going to a personal trainer twice a week.
  • Worked on the house some more.
  • Emceed the CCS Math Tournament...my kiddos won first and third place trophies!!
  • Directed the school play-Charlotte's Web.
  • Celebrated 6 months of marriage by working at the house.
  • Welcomed a new and precious baby girl into the family.
  • Finish my 5th year of teaching.
  • Started summer graduate classes.
  • Had a video chat with John somewhere in the Caribbean.
  • Worked on the house.
  • Looked at furniture.
  • Bought a kitchen table.
  • Paid for our Auburn tickets.
  • Watched a good movie.
  • Prayed for Bentley.
  • Worked on the house.
  • Watched some baseball.
  • Had a scare with Dylon.
  • Told Dylon good-bye.
  • Welcomed Dylon back home with a family cookout.
  • Told Dylon good-bye a second time.
  • Ran a last minute errand for Shelli before departure and told Dylon good-bye a third and final time.
  • Played with the boys.
  • Sent the boys to Suzanne's.
  • Worked on the house.
  • Prayed for Christy whose surgery is tomorrow!
  • Prayed for Dylon whose surgery is Thursday.
Gotta run..Dave's taking off work at lunch time today so we can try to finish the wiring. Insulation guys are coming this week!!!
