Relaxation!

Some of the bridesmaids,(Katie and Shelli) and myself have been walking the nature trail in the evenings in an attempt to tone up before the wedding. It's been great fun to work out with the two of them. Those two laps go by pretty fast when you've got someone to talk too!! They'll never know how much I appreciate their friendship and how much it motivates me.

A couple of weeks ago, I ran in to Mrs. McClung in Wal-Mart and she invited me to take her Yoga class. I had taken classes with her before, but I'd never tried Yoga. I decided I would give it a shot, thanks to Katie and Shelli agreeing to sign up with me. Tonight was our first class, and man was it amazing! I can tell that this is exactly what I need to be doing. On top of that, I left feeling so relaxed and stress-free. I can't wait for next week's lesson!

  1. I've always wanted to take a yoga or pilates class. I need to sign myself up so I can lose this baby weight and relax my mind! :)

  3. I remeber when our wedding was near and there was so much going on with it, fixing up the house, and work. For exercise AND RELAXATION I would walk from Mama and Daddy's house to the Bozeman's EVERY morning, then to Heather's to walk with her and her three EVERY afternoon, and then sometimes (if I had time before dark) I would walk to the dirt road and back...oh, how I (and my hips and thighs) wish time would allow all that walking again!!!
